1ST ANNUAL WAXAHACHIE TRUNK-O-PALOOZA - The Largest Trunk o' Treat in Texas

The City of Waxahachie has teamed up with 99.5 The Wolf and New Country 96.3 to bring you the biggest Trunk o' Treat event in Texas! There will be a DJ, costume contests, giveaways, food trucks, inflatables, and more; but we need your help!

Our plan is to get over 100 cars all decked out and loaded with candy, ready to give the little ghouls and goblins a Halloween to remember. We are looking for first responders, local businesses, and community groups (anyone with a branded vehicle) all coming together to make this a fun, safe event for everyone. At least year's Trunk-o-Treat event at Railyard Park, we had approximately 2,000 children and this year is going to be MUCH bigger.

Requirements:

A vehicle branded or bearing a company/business logo (emergency vehicle, company vehicles, etc.)
- We are able to allow non-branded vehicles on a case by case basis as long as you are able to adequately display signage, etc. with your business/organization information - please email Danielle.Guinn@waxahachie.com for an exemption.
Each vehicle does NOT need to have a traditional trunk (truck beds, back doors to delivery vans, etc. are all acceptable)
Each "trunk" must be decorated for Halloween (there will be a contest and some great prizes for the person who does the best at decorating their "trunk")
Each vehicle is responsible for supplying their own candy/supplies
- All "Halloween giveaways" are acceptable supplements to candy (small toys, stickers, etc.)
We will accept multiple vehicles from an organization or business as long as each "vehicle" fills out an application
