2025 Crossroads of Texas Country Festival Food Truck/Concession Vendor Application

The Crossroads of Texas Country Festival is looking for "THE BEST" food trucks and food concession vendors to satisfy the hunger of our festival attendees. The event will be Saturday, October 25, 2025 in historic downtown Waxahachie. Festival hours are 9 am-7 pm. Space is limited.

Do you have what it takes to be one of our 2025 Best of Crossroads of Texas Country Festival Food Truck/Concession Vendors? Here's what we are looking for:

1. Delicious food with photos to prove it
2. AWESOME curb appeal and photos to show it
3. Proven experience to handle large crowds
4. Great attitudes to work with our team of volunteers from load-in to load-out
5. Available on October 25, 2025 to be in downtown Waxahachie
6. Be willing to pay only $550 for this limited opportunity
7. Obtain a City of Waxahachie Health Permit once you are accepted.

Deadline for submission: May 30, 2025

NOTE: There is no fee to submit your business for review. Submission of your business does not secure your space at the 2025 Crossroads of Texas Country Festival.

Selections will be made by June 15, 2025, and you will be notified directly by the Crossroads of Texas Country Festival if you are selected. At that time, you will be asked to complete a food vendor agreement and pay the $550 vendor fee, plus contact the City of Waxahachie Health Department to obtain a health permit.

Festival is rain or shine. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE VENDOR IS ACCEPTED.
